Refund policy

Thank you for being a Vitaminis customer! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the following conditions are met: 

Conditions for Returns:
  • Product Condition:
    Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. 

Proof of Purchase:
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns. 

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. 

Exclusions:
Certain items, such as software, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale," are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Gift Returns:
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

Processing Time:
After receiving your returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7-10 business days. 

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Customer Service:
Please email us at hello@vitaminisbrand.com to notify us of your intent to return an item and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package and Ship:
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number and proof of purchase.
3. Ship to:
Mail your return to the following address: Vitaminis c/o B&C Logistics, 711 Fairview Dr, DeKalb, IL 60115. 

Refund Options:
Exchange: We will exchange the item for a similar product, if available.
Store Credit: You can receive a store credit for the value of the return, to be used for future purchases.
